Gia Graddy has been a music educator and choir director in the Birmingham area since 1998. She has taught in Hoover City Schools, Jefferson County Schools, and Shelby County Schools.
Mrs. Graddy earned her Master of Music in Choral Conducting from Auburn University and her Bachelor of Music Education from Georgia College & State University. She is a member of the National Association for Music Education, the Alabama Vocal Association, and the American Choral Directors Association, where she serves at the Membership Chair.
Mrs. Graddy is married to Joey Graddy, a graphic designer, and has two children, Catcher & Scout.
Blane Freeman is coming up on his 5th year of teaching in state of Alabama. He has taught at Dauphin Junior High School, Enterprise High School, Chelsea High School and now is excited to be apart of the Oak Mountain Family.
Mr. Freeman holds a bachelors degree in Choral Music Education and Vocal Performance from the University of Montevallo! GV!
Mr. Freeman enjoys performing in his free time! His past credits include Godspell, Oklahoma, Gypsy, among others. He also enjoys hanging with his Dalmatian “Apollo” & girlfriend Kensley, going to the lake, traveling, and eating at new restaurants.
